Good Day!
July is nearly here. We thought it was about time we did a quick update for you all. The end of July will see the closing of Backerkit and locking of all pledges. If you've not completed your pledge by the end of July we can't guarantee that your pledge will arrive on time. When Pledges lock, payment will be taken from your Debt/Credit Cards. So please take this in to consideration.
Now that the boring stuff's out the way. Lets have a look at some shiny castings that have arrived at Empress HQ.
Both Paul and Christine have been hard at work picking and packing figures for at least a month. This Arnhem Drop will at least have a longer planning phase than the real one.

Good Morning!
By now you should have all have received your invite via email to complete your pledge through Backerkit!
54% of backers have already done so! We really appreciate your speed at responding. Quick responses really help speed up the production run of the figures.
If you have not received your invite please get in touch ASAP. We are abble to resend the invites straight away!
Remember! If you don't fill out Backerkit by the cut off date there will be a possibility of your pledge not shipping in October. Reminders will be sent out nearer that time.

BackerKit is coming! STAND-TO for your Pledge Manager email!

Good News!
The good news is we are now ready to go as Kickstarter has completed their bit and transferred all pledge information into BackerKit, our pledge manager of choice. This update contains a lot of helpful information, so please read it. If you have any questions or need help, please message me, Paul Eaglestone, as I am only too happy to help.
Kickstarter has had an issue with 4 backers unable to complete their pledges. As we don't want anyone to miss out, Paul Eaglestone will be contacting each person individually to see if we can get something sorted out in BackerKit.
Over the next couple of days, everyone else will be receiving an email from us, via the pledge manager, with a personal link to their BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as swiftly as you can since we need this information to fulfil your pledge. To be able to send it to you by the end of October 2023 we need you to have completed your survey by the 31st of July 2023.
When you receive and open your email, click the button 'Click Here to Respond' to get started. By doing so you will be taken to the starter screen for your personal pledge survey.
Select 'Get Started!' to, funnily enough, get started. You will be asked one quick question from us. It explains how your pledge has been set up.
Once you have completed the question section. You can now choose additional Arnham Heroes packs if you over-pledged at any of the pledge levels or purchase any add-on items for an additional cost. This is all done in the Add-ons section.
When you have finished choosing, click 'NEXT' and you will be taken to the next screen and asked for your shipping address.
Enter your full name and postal address to calculate the correct cost of shipping
Your shipping information will generate your postage and packaging costs and will be added to your pledge along with any extras for other add-ons. Payment for all extras is expected on the 'confirmation' screen via credit/debit card or PayPal unless you have already added extra funds to your pledge amount to cover this.
Final screen to confirm and complete your pledge survey - click 'Place My Order!'
On 31st July 2023, we will lock completed backer pledges, which will be any that have completed all stages of the survey, with a plan to charge any extra card payments during the following day on the 1st August 2023. Locking pledges informs us of what we need to manufacture for the fulfilment, helping us to deliver on our goal of shipping all completed pledges by the end of October 2023. If you miss this end of July 2023 deadline, your pledge will likely be sent later than the end of October 2023.
Locking pledges also enables us to add all eligible freebies, as at this stage, we will be able to work out precisely what each pledge qualifies for and add them.
after you have received your initial email, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/arnhemheroes/arnhem-heroes.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account.
Please remember that answering your survey promptly helps us get your pledge out to you faster. BackerKit helps us save lots of time by streamlining the survey process, automating data organisation, and providing us with pledge management software to make it easy to process shipments.
